That is why we make sure that our strollers and joggers either meet or exceed requirements set forth by the BSEN1888 and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). These rigorous safety tests analyse all aspects of our products.

British Standards Institute (BSI)

All Baby Jogger strollers and joggers are produced and tested to meet or exceed the British and European standards BSEN 188:2003. They are tested as Child Care Articles, specifically under the Wheeled Child Conveyances Safety Requirements and Test Methods. This mandatory EU testing is among the most thorough and rigorous and ensures that all of our strollers and joggers provide the best possible safety and quality for your family.

American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standard F833

American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) is one of the largest standards development organisations in the world. It is a world-wide trusted source for technical standards for products, materials, systems and services. ASTM is known for their high quality testing and market relevancy and their International standards play an important role in product design, manufacturing and trade in the global economy.

Baby Jogger’s Lifetime Warranty

Baby Jogger warrants that the frame only is free of manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the product. Manufacturer defects include, but are not limited to, the breaking of welds and frame tube damage.

Baby Jogger’s One Year Warranty

Textile or soft side materials and all other components shall be warranted for one year from the date of purchase (except for inner tubes and tyres). Proof of Purchase is required to make a warranty claim and the warranties are only extended to the original purchaser.

Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear. Corrosion or rust. Incorrect assembly or the installation of third party parts or accessories not compatible with the original design. Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect. Commercial use. Improper storage/care of the unit.
